Macaroni and Vegetable Casserole

  • 300 g Macaroni
  • Salt pepper
  • 150 gr Zucchini
  • 250 gr Carrots
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 1 El Oil
  • 60 gr Ham cubes
  • 0,5 bunch Parsely
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 200 g Cream
  • 6 Eggs
  • Fat for the baking dish
  1. Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet. Drain.
  1. Clean and wash vegetables. Grate zucchini and carrots, cut spring onions into rings. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
  1. Heat the oil and fry the diced ham in it. Add vegetables and sauté. Season with salt and pepper. Grease the baking dish.
