Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, white
- 250 ml olive oil
- 1 kg shrimp, frozen, cooked (without shell)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
In a blender, blend the egg with the lemon juice and mustard. While the blender is running, add the oil in a thin stream. Season the mayonnaise with salt and white pepper. Serve the mayonnaise in a bowl in the center of a large platter, and arrange the thawed shrimp around it.
