Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 100 g butter
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- e.g. arugula
- e.g. basil
- 1 ball of mozzarella, sliced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
great for grilling
Make a herb butter from softened butter, oil, crushed garlic, pepper, and salt. Cut the bread in half and spread the butter on both sides. Top with arugula, basil leaves, and tomato slices. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle on top. Arrange the mozzarella slices on top. Season everything with freshly ground pepper. Fold the bread shut, wrap in aluminum foil, and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
