Cakes from complementary feeding readiness

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder or vanilla
  • 2 apples
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

without sugar, not so sweet

Mash the bananas finely, then mix with the egg. Then mix the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon or vanilla, sift, and add to the banana-egg mixture along with the softened butter. Mix everything well. Peel, core, and dice the apples, then add to the batter. Transfer everything to a greased springform pan (I used a 16 cm springform pan). Bake in a hot oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven. Then do the skewer test. Tip: The banana is the sugar substitute; you can also use peeled, ripe figs. Note from the Chefkoch editorial team: Complementary feeding is a term used to indicate that babies are ready to take more than just bottle feeding.
