Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 250 g yogurt
- 4 cloves garlic, depending on size
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped, also from the freezer
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped, also from the freezer
- 2 tsp peppermint
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 cucumber(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Combine the quark and yogurt in a bowl. Peel the cucumber and dice it into small pieces. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Add the diced cucumber and the crushed garlic to the bowl and stir in. Stir in the parsley, chives, and peppermint, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
