- 1 eggplant(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Grill the eggplant (in the oven). It’s done when the skin is lightly charred or flakes off. Peel the grilled eggplant and drain. Peel and finely chop the onion. Place the onion, lemon juice, oil, and eggplant in a tall bowl and blend until smooth. Finally, season with salt. The mixture should have a slightly smoky flavor.
