Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g sugar
- 8 tbsp oil
- 1 egg(s)
- 6 tbsp milk
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- Oil, for frying

made from quark-oil dough, for 50 pieces
Knead the ingredients with a dough hook until smooth, roll out to a thickness of 1/2 cm, and cut out circles with a diameter of approximately 6.5 cm. Cut a hole in the center of each circle, approximately 2 cm in diameter. Bake in simmering oil at 170°C for 2-3 minutes on each side until light golden. I use a mustard jar and a small cake decorating ring to cut out the circles.
