Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g farfalle
- 300 g zucchini
- 300 g crab, frozen
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 50 g butter
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Butterfly noodles with crab
Cook the pasta al dente. Meanwhile, sauté the onion and parsley in butter, add the thinly sliced zucchini. Season with salt and pepper, and cook at low heat. Then add the thawed shrimp and cream and let it reduce. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce.
