Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 40 g yeast, fresh
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • 250 g apples, coarsely grated
  • some sugar
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients, including the butter, and knead with a dough hook for about 10 minutes. Fold in the apples and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of dough and bake in 175°C (350°F) oil until light brown, then roll in sugar and cinnamon.
