Feta turkey breast with potatoes and mushrooms

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 120 g feta cheese
  • 50 ml olive oil for pickling
  • 5 m.-sized potatoes
  • 100 g chanterelles or other mushrooms of your choice
  • ½ bunch chives and parsley
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Remove the tendons from the turkey breast fillet and then place it in a bowl with oil. Sprinkle well with chili powder. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, bring the potatoes to a boil and cut the cheese into slices about 5 mm thick. Cut the mushrooms into the desired size and place them in a bowl of water. Add the meat to the pan and sear, then place it on a baking sheet or in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and sprinkle with chili powder. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Now add the mushrooms to the pan and cook over minimal heat. Serve the mushrooms with the meat and potatoes and sprinkle with parsley and chives.
