Casserole with gnocchi, turkey and mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g gnocchi
  • 300 g turkey breast
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bag of ready-made mix for hunter’s schnitzel
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • Fat for the mold
  • Oil for frying
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the gnocci in a greased baking dish, slice the turkey breast into strips, and arrange them over the gnocci. Finely chop the onions and mushrooms and fry them in a little oil. Add 300 ml of water, stir in the contents of the sachet, and bring to a boil. Pour over the turkey breast and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
