Gratinated vegetable noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (croissants)
  • 2 large onions, large
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 125 ml milk
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. Peel and finely chop the onions and kohlrabi. Chop the mushrooms. Blanch the tomatoes in hot water (I briefly add them to the hot water with the pasta), peel them, and dice them. Mix the pasta with the vegetables and place in an ovenproof dish. Mix the milk with the crème fraîche, cheese, salt, pepper, and thyme and pour over the vegetable pasta. Sprinkle with butter. Place the dish on the oven rack (center). Bake the pasta at 200°C for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
