Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta of your choice
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup of double cream, 125 g
- 4 slice(s) cheese (Chester processed cheese slices)
- 2 cans of tomatoes, finely chopped, 500 g each
- 1 leek(s)
- Basil, a few leaves
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Own creation, very filling, but delicious
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, slice the leek into rings and fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the tomatoes, crème fraîche, crème double, and basil and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the cooked pasta, transfer it to a baking dish, and toss with the sauce. Place the cheese on top and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 180°C until the cheese has melted slightly.
