Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g leaf spinach
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s), in rings
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp broth, instant
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • e.g. chili powder
  • n. B. Salt
  • 400g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash and trim the spinach, and shake dry. Sauté the onions in oil, do not brown. Briefly sauté the garlic. Add the spinach, mix well, and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat with the lid on. If a lot of liquid forms, reduce the liquid slightly towards the end of the cooking time over high heat. Stir the cream, sour cream, stock, and seasonings into the vegetables and heat through. Meanwhile, drain the spaghetti, which has been cooked al dente, and arrange it on 4 plates, then pour the sauce over the top.
