Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g cream
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 16 milk slices
  • 50 g chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 25 minutes

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a pan of hot water, then let it cool. Whip the cream with a hand mixer. Stir the lukewarm, melted chocolate into the cream. Scrape out the vanilla pod and add the vanilla seeds to the cream. Spread 2 tablespoons of chocolate cream mixture onto a platter or large plate. Place 4 Milk Slices next to each other on top of the cream layer. Spread another layer of cream over the Milk Slices and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Repeat this process three more times, spreading the remaining cream around the sides to cover the layers. Finally, sprinkle with more chocolate shavings and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
