Sweet potato pan with spinach and minced meat

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup of Cremefine
  • Milk
  • 15 cubes creamed spinach, frozen
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • 100 g feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and tasty

Peel, wash, and dice the sweet potatoes. Peel and dice the onions. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Sauté the onions and garlic. Add the minced meat. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. When the minced meat is cooked through, add the sweet potato cubes and fry briefly. Add the Cremefine and top up with milk so the sweet potatoes are mostly covered with liquid. Simmer until the potatoes are tender. Stir in the spinach cubes. Just before serving, stir in the diced feta cheese.
