Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg new potatoes, small
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp caraway powder
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 4 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Baked potatoes with coriander and caraway
Wash and scrub the potatoes, halve them lengthwise, and cut them into wedges. Mix the seasonings with the oil and pour over the potato wedges. Mix gently and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 170°C (convection oven) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
