Pineapple – Melon – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g melon(s) (Galia), cleaned and weighed
  • 600 g pineapple, peeled
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Deseed the Galia melon. Cut the rest of the melon into small pieces. Dice the pineapple as well. Then puree the pulp. Pour the pureed pulp into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the gelling sugar and cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Ladle the jam into jars. Turn them upside down for five minutes, then turn them upside down and let them cool.
