Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 150 g double cream cheese
- some butter, soft, for spreading
- 4 bagels (sesame), cut horizontally into three layers
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- some black pepper, freshly ground
- some dill, fresh, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
- some capers
- some gherkins
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Spread the bagel bottoms and the tops of the medium bagel rings with a little butter, then spread half of the cream cheese on each. Place the smoked salmon on the cream cheese, sprinkle with dill, drizzle with a little lemon juice, and grind with black pepper. Place the medium bagel rings on the bagel bottoms and cover with the bagel tops. Serve garnished with capers and pickles.
