Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- Salt
- Pepper, mixed, from the mill
- 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 250 g bread(s) (leftover ciabatta or baguette)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
As a side dish to pasta or salad or just for snacking
Melt the butter and season with a little salt, a few grinds of freshly ground pepper, and the herbs de Provence. Arrange the baguette or ciabatta slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread each with a little herb butter, and toast in a preheated oven at 175°C (fan assisted) for about 10 minutes.
