Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 rolls (wheat rolls)
  • some herb butter with Italian herbs
  • 100g chorizo
  • 3 tomatoes, dried
  • 50 g cheese (Manchego)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the rolls into 2 cm thin slices and place them on a baking rack lined with baking paper. Brush each slice with herb butter. Finely dice the tomatoes and chorizo ​​and mix, then spread evenly on the rolls. Coarsely grate the Manchego cheese and sprinkle it on top. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are lightly browned. This quick finger food can also be made with other salami or cheese.
