Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 75 g Parmesan
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg(s) for brushing
  • Poppy seeds for sprinkling
  • Sesame seeds for sprinkling
  • Caraway seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a dough, roll out to a thickness of 1 cm, and cut out shapes. Use any pattern you like; I always use star cutters. Brush with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and caraway seeds. Bake at 175°C for 15-20 minutes.
