Spaghetti in garlic and oil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 150 g bacon, streaky
  • Parsley, fresh or frozen
  • olive oil
  • Parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chili powder or peppers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water until slightly fatty. Heat about 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a wok. Finely chop the bacon (vegetarians can omit it) and garlic and fry in the oil. Then deglaze with some of the pasta water. Add some parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder or dried chili peppers, if desired. Add the pasta. Add a little more olive oil and toss well. Let it marinate briefly. Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese.
