Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g pasta, e.g. B. Fork spaghetti
- 50 g meat sausage, reduced calorie
- 1 tsp oil
- 100 g onion(s), peeled and diced
- 100 g zucchini, cleaned and diced
- 1 tsp, heaped tomato paste
- 5 tbsp vegetable broth
- 1 tsp mixed fresh herbs, to taste
- salt and pepper

Cook the pasta until al dente. Dice the sausage. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausage. Add the onions and zucchini, stir in the tomato paste, deglaze with the broth, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle in the herbs and mix the pasta with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
