Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of spaghetti
  • 2 packs of shrimp(s), approx. 300 – 400 g
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into sticks
  • 1 carrot(s), cut into sticks
  • ½ garlic bulb(s), chopped
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Sauce (Teriyaki sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sear the shrimp in hot olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then briefly add the carrots, then the onion, garlic clove, and finally the bell pepper, and sauté briefly. Season this mixture with the sauces to taste. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and stir in the mixture, then season again to taste.
