Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 250 g shrimp(s), raw
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 g cocktail tomatoes
- ½ lemon(s)
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- chili flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, sear the prawns in a pan. Finely slice the garlic, halve the tomatoes, and add them to the prawns along with the tomato paste. Deglaze the prawns with the lemon juice and white wine and bring to a boil. Add the vegetable stock and stir through. Then add the cream and crème fraîche, season with the spices, and let it thicken slightly. Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the pan using a spaghetti server, but do not drain! Mix well with the sauce.
