Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 m.-sized potatoes
  • ¾ cup white wine
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • Thyme
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel, wash, and quarter the potatoes (my amount depends on the other side dishes). Brush the baking sheet with oil. Pour three-quarters of a cup of white wine onto the sheet. Spread the potatoes on top. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with rosemary and thyme, fresh or dried, to taste. Cover the potatoes with aluminum foil and cook for 20 minutes at 225°C. Remove the foil and cook for another 25 minutes.
