Pasta pan with ham and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt water
  • 400 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 bag of cheese (Emmental) grated
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Butter for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the mushrooms and fry in butter in a pan, remove from the pan, and set aside. Dice the onion and ham. Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, fry the onion and ham in the pan and deglaze with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the cooked pasta, add it to the pan, add the mushrooms, and mix well. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese (amount to taste) and mix well. Once the cheese has melted, season again with salt and pepper.
