- 280 g banana(s), ripe
- 50 g sugar
- 120 g cream, unwhipped
- 240 g low-fat curd cheese

Pour everything into a liter measuring cup and blend with a hand blender, then place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Pre-chill the ice cream maker for 15 minutes, then pour in the mixture and let it churn for about 50 minutes. You’ll have 1 liter of creamy banana ice cream.
