Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g frozen fruit, e.g. fruit mix or strawberries or raspberries
- 1 banana(s), cut into pieces, frozen
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions

Place the frozen fruit and frozen banana pieces into the blender bowl and press the pulse button. After about 20 seconds, push the crushed fruit down with the spatula, add the powdered sugar, and press the pulse button again. Let the program run until a nice, creamy mixture forms, checking it occasionally and pushing the fruit mixture back down if necessary. Enjoy the ice cream on its own or serve with whipped cream, eggnog, or chocolate sauce. This amount makes enough for 6-8 scoops of ice cream.
