Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tartar
  • 400 g tomatoes, peeled
  • 400 g sauce (pizza sauce), spicy
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of mixed herbs, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil. Add the meat and fry. Mix in the remaining ingredients and simmer over medium heat for at least 2 hours. Freezes well in portions. Fat per serving: 5.5 g.
