Spaghetti with surimi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 150 g surimi
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 150 ml broth
  • 3 tsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti, then rinse. Meanwhile, finely dice the onion and slice the surimi. For the sauce, make a roux from the butter and flour. Deglaze with the stock and bring to a boil with the onions. Stir in the sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the surimi slices. Season with salt and pepper, and add herbs if desired.
