Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp rum
- 200 g flour
- mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Recipe for heart waffle iron
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until frothy. Stir in the sour cream and rum, then the flour. Finally, add a little mineral water, depending on the size of the eggs. Bake in batches in the waffle iron. This makes enough for 6-7 waffles. Serve with sea buckthorn quark.
