French toast with quark and raisin cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 slices of toast
  • 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 2 eggs
  • Sugar
  • oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Milk
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Separate the eggs and then whisk the egg yolks with a little sugar. Cut the slices of toast in half diagonally and dip them in the egg yolk mixture. Add a splash of oil to the pan and fry the slices of toast until golden brown. Season the quark with a little sugar and a touch of cinnamon. Add a splash of milk and the raisins. Arrange the slices of toast nicely on a plate and place the raisin quark in the middle. Sprinkle a few more raisins on top for a nice look, and then dust the whole thing with powdered sugar.
