Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • Jam of your choice
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Children’s favorite recipe

Whisk the eggs with the milk. Heat the butter in a pan. Briefly soak the slices of toast in the milk and egg mixture and fry them in the pan until golden brown on both sides. Once cooked, serve on a plate and spread with your favorite jam. Serve immediately.
