Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml milk
  • 4 slices of toast (preferably the large slices)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • Nutella, jam, cream cheese or garlic cream
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Children love it

Whisk the milk and eggs. Take the slices of toast, dip them in the egg-milk mixture, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and fry them in a frying pan in hot clarified butter until golden brown. Enjoy sweet with jam or Nutella, or savory with cream cheese or garlic cream.
