Asian cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, walnut-sized
  • 4 tbsp sauce (sweet and sour Asian sauce)
  • 20 g peanuts, roasted and salted
  • 1 spring onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Delicious with grilled or fried chicken or fish

Thinly slice the cucumber, place it in a sieve, and let it drain. Then slice the spring onions into thin rings. Finely grate the ginger. Mix the cucumber slices, spring onions, ginger, and Asian sauce well. Finally, roughly chop the peanuts and sprinkle over the salad.
