Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour, smooth
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 150 g Edam cheese, grated
- 50 g butter
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 handful of wild garlic
- 80g bacon
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Combine flour with baking powder, salt, pepper, cheese, finely diced bacon, onion, and wild garlic. Melt the butter; do not heat. Beat the eggs, add the butter and yogurt. Fold in the flour mixture. Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
