Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 100 g diced ham
- 100 g Gouda, grated
- ½ cup sour cream
- some paprika powder, sweet
- some Fondor or other fine seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Roll out the puff pastry, spread with sour cream, and sprinkle with a little seasoning. Spread the ham and cheese on top. Roll the dough up from the long side and cut into 3-5 cm thick pieces. Place the snails on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes.
