Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 200 g ham
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 4 pts. Puff pastry, frozen
  • 200 g cheese, grated, e.g. Gouda
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the ham into cubes. Whisk together the sour cream, egg, milk, and seasoning in a bowl. Add the ham and 2/3 of the cheese and mix briefly again. Roll out the frozen puff pastry and cut into appropriate squares. Brush the top edge with water and spread a large tablespoon of the mixture on the top side. Cover, place on the baking sheet, and brush with water. Then sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at 160°C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes.
