Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg chicken thighs, with back piece
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cubes of meat broth
  • 3 tbsp soup greens, dried
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 2 liters of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quick and easy to prepare, ideal for freezing

Wash the chicken thighs, peel the onions, quarter them, and stud them with the cloves. Place all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add more water if necessary, as the chicken thighs should remain covered. After the cooking time, remove the chicken thighs from the broth and discard the meat. Strain the broth through a sieve and add the meat pieces back in. Then bring to a boil again briefly. Tip: The soup with the meat can be easily frozen in portions before reheating. When thawing, simply add a little water and heat.
