Tofu skewers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g tofu
  • 10 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp spice mix (tofu spice, from the health food store)
  • 1 tsp spice mix (garam masala)
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (Pulbiber)
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • Paprika powder
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

for the grill

Cut the tofu into cubes (approx. 1.5 x 1.5 cm). Place in a bowl with a lid. Then add the other ingredients (except the tomatoes). Use the paprika sparingly, as it will become bitter when grilled otherwise! Close the lid and shake well until all ingredients are combined. Let the tofu marinate for about 2-3 hours. Then, alternate the tofu with the tomatoes on wooden skewers and grill on the grill.
