Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 zucchini or eggplant(s)
  • 2 tbsp spice mix (Vegeta)
  • 4 tbsp liquid margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut zucchini (or eggplant) into 0.5 cm slices, brush with margarine, sprinkle with Vegeta, and grill. Serve with parsley potatoes and salad.
