Malabi with Rose Water and Strawberries

The perfect malabi with rose water and strawberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 l Whole milk
  • 4 tbsp Rose water
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 90 g Cornstarch
  • 4 Pc. Cardamom seeds
  • 10 Pc. Strawberries
  • 3 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 5 tbsp Ground pistachios
  1. Mix some milk (approx. 100 ml) with corn starch, rose water and sugar. Briefly bring the rest of the milk with the cream and about 1 teaspoon of crushed cardamom seeds to the boil. Remove from heat and stir in the milk and cornstarch mixture with a whisk. Bring to the boil again briefly and simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes. Immediately fill into bowls and let cool down. Garnish with pistachios, strawberries and coconut flakes before serving.
