Malabi with Rose Water and Strawberries

- 1 l Whole milk
- 4 tbsp Rose water
- 80 g Sugar
- 300 ml Cream
- 90 g Cornstarch
- 4 Pc. Cardamom seeds
- 10 Pc. Strawberries
- 3 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 5 tbsp Ground pistachios
- Mix some milk (approx. 100 ml) with corn starch, rose water and sugar. Briefly bring the rest of the milk with the cream and about 1 teaspoon of crushed cardamom seeds to the boil. Remove from heat and stir in the milk and cornstarch mixture with a whisk. Bring to the boil again briefly and simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes. Immediately fill into bowls and let cool down. Garnish with pistachios, strawberries and coconut flakes before serving.
