Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Ice
  • 30 ml tequila
  • 30 ml liqueur (Tia Maria)
  • 30 ml rum, dark
  • 30 ml pineapple juice
  • 30 ml Cream of Coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Combine ice, tequila, Tia Maria, dark rum, juice, and coconut cream in a shaker; shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Garnish with pineapple wedges and coconut flakes.
