Achimio's baked asparagus

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 stalk(s) asparagus
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • some olive oil
  • 50 g mountain cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the asparagus and place it in a baking dish. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then sprinkle it over the asparagus. Drizzle with a tablespoon of honey and add the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, grate the cheese over the asparagus. Place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes or baguette, along with salmon or schnitzel.
