Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 7 eggs
  • 5 m.-sized potatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • possibly dill
  • 1 pack of meat sausage
  • some mayonnaise
  • ½ liter mineral water, still
  • possibly citric acid
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Russian cold soup

Boil the potatoes and eggs. Let them cool, then peel them. Chop the potatoes, eggs, spring onions, sausage, and dill, and grate the cucumber. Mix everything together and add the mayonnaise. Add water and stir. Season with salt. Add citric acid, if desired. Perfect for hot days.
