Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 675 g minced lamb
- 4 small chili peppers, red, dried
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper from the mill
- 2 small onions, red
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 handfuls of parsley, flat
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
Minced lamb skewers, also suitable for grilling
Dice the onions, chop the garlic, chop two large handfuls of parsley, and the dried chilies. Combine the ingredients with the spices and the minced lamb in a food processor if you have it. Then let the mixture stand for several hours so the meat can absorb the flavors. Moisten your hands with warm water and scoop out an egg-sized amount of the minced meat mixture, then form it into a flat sausage shape around a skewer (a bit of skewer should still be visible at the ends). Grill the kebabs for 4-5 minutes on each side.
