Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml syrup (woodruff syrup)
  • 100 ml white rum
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 300 ml buttermilk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

makes approx. 1 l

Mix all ingredients and then pour into a bottle. I usually put everything into a 1.5-liter PET bottle and add more ingredients until it tastes just right. Shake, and you’re done. Woodruff syrup (as specified in the recipe) makes it green, raspberry syrup makes it pink, etc.
